Terms of Service
Last updated: April 14, 2026
Welcome to OncePDF! We're glad you're here. This page basically outlines the "ground rules" for using our website. By hanging out here and using our tools, we're assuming you're okay with everything written below. If you're not, that's okay too—but you probably shouldn't use the site.
1. The Content & IP
We've put a lot of work into the code and the design of OncePDF. Unless it's a document you've uploaded (which you obviously still own), all the stuff you see here belongs to OncePDF or our partners. We're happy to let you use the site for its intended purpose, but please don't try to copy or resell any part of it.
2. What you shouldn't do
We want to keep this place helpful for everyone, so there are a few things we have to be strict about. Please don't:
- Try to scrape the site or republish our content elsewhere.
- Attempt to sell or "commercialize" any part of OncePDF.
- Use the site in a way that slows it down for everyone else.
- Do anything illegal or harmful using our tools. We're here to help, not to facilitate mischief.
3. No Warranties (The "As Is" Part)
We do our absolute best to make sure everything works perfectly, but at the end of the day, OncePDF is provided "as is." We can't promise that it will be error-free 100% of the time. Using the site is at your own risk, and nothing here should be taken as official professional advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
Because we're providing this service for free (and mostly in your browser), we can't be held responsible for any issues that might arise from using the site. Whether it's a technical glitch or a misunderstanding of how a tool works, OncePDF and its creators won't be liable for any damages or losses.
5. Indemnification
If you break these rules and it causes a problem for us, you agree to take responsibility and cover any costs or issues that come up because of that breach.
6. Changing the Rules
Sometimes the internet changes, and we might need to update these terms. We can revise them whenever we need to, so it's a good idea to check back every now and then if you're a regular user.
7. Governing Law
Any disputes would be handled according to the laws of the region where OncePDF operates. We hope it never comes to that, though—we'd much rather just help you with your PDFs!
8. Questions?
If any of this sounds confusing or you just want to know more, drop us a line at legal@oncepdf.com. We're here to help keep things clear.
